Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Sciences is required.
• Experience: Grade 09 requires 2 years with Master's or 4 years with Bachelor's; Grade 10 requires 4 years as Senior Medical Technologist or equivalent; performance avg. 3.5+ for last 4 years; 100 CME hours.

Responsibilities

• Organizes workflow and day-to-day operations of the subsection.
• Ensures timely completion and reporting of all work.
• Maintains LIS and disseminates information to subordinates.
