Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Logistics Officer to manage the movement and delivery operations within Diet Watchers. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for overseeing the safe delivery of boxes to customers, ensuring that the products are transported and stored correctly until they reach their destination. This role will also involve monitoring the drivers routes, tracking vehicles, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the delivery processes and routes for drivers.
• Ensure all products (boxes) are delivered safely to customers on time.
• Monitor the transportation and storage of products to ensure they are handled properly throughout the delivery process.
• Oversee and track driver routes, ensuring optimal travel paths are used.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
• Monitor customer feedback related to deliveries and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all vehicles are in proper working order and perform routine checks for maintenance and safety.
• Implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
