Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to develop, maintain, and govern the integrated Operational Readiness (OR) schedule. You will ensure OR activities, milestones, and dependencies align with asset delivery timelines, trial operations, and opening dates, serving as the single source of truth for OR programme scheduling.

You will coordinate inputs from functional leads, manage baselines and change control in Primavera P6, and produce dashboards in Power BI for OR leadership

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of scheduling/planning experience in OR or giga-projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 with baseline and change control.
• Experience with asset openings, trial operations, or transitions.
• PMP/PMI-SP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated OR master schedule in Primavera P6.
• Align OR schedules with project milestones and asset opening dates.
• Develop countdown plans and T-minus schedules for asset openings.
• Track progress, identify slippage, and elevate risks with recovery options.
• Produce scheduling reports and dashboards for leadership forums.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from functional leads.
• Maintain schedule change control and baseline documentation.
• Support workforce ramp-up by aligning recruitment/training timelines.
