Job summary

ENGIE Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Operations Lead to direct all plant activities, ensuring reliability, availability, efficiency and safety. You will manage performance, budgets, and risk, implement improvements, and lead a skilled team to meet strategic objectives while upholding company policies and safety rules.

Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate with departments, review incidents, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage all operational activities of the plant to achieve targeted reliability, availability, efficiency and flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance plant reliability, performance and cost efficiency.
