Job summary

PER is seeking a senior executive to lead transformation initiatives within its portfolio and partner with operating partners at an established sovereign wealth fund. The role focuses on driving change across complex organisations, delivering key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team.

The successful candidate will provide impactful advisory across sectors, work with senior operating partners and executive-level professionals, and be located in Riyadh on a full-time

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience of delivering transformation in international corporates.
• Significant operational experience in delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO.
• Credible with portfolio companies' C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility.
• Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide impactful advice to help the transformation process across complex organisations, across all sectors in the portfolio.
• Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation.
• Work with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to identify and then implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio.
• Engage with a broad range of high-profile organizations within the portfolio and drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses.

• Provide impactful advice to help the transformation process across complex organisations, across all sectors in the portfolio
• Provide credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation
• You will be working with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to both identify and then implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio
• This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

Who we are looking for

• Candidates should have experience of delivering transformation in international corporates. This could be either a top-tier consultancy firm, advising such corporates and/or from the corporate themselves, as a senior operational / transformational executive
• Significant operational experience of delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEO
• Credible with portfolio companies' C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humility
