Job summary

Acwa China is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage on-site administrative activities during outages, including office services, time sheets, procurement coordination, and reporting to the Head of Regional Projects KSA. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least two years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff administrative support to the site management team.
• End user on site – requirements from outage manager, create PR, approval for PR, technical evaluation.
• Coordinate and issue gate pass and PPE.
• Coordinator for personnel, time sheets, ensuring HR/IT queries.
• Hotel/Transport, meals.
• Subcontracts Coordinator – dealing with all subcontracts, time sheets, HSE/PPE compliance.
