Job summary

Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies is seeking an HSE Personnel to implement and monitor the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System at construction sites. You will ensure compliance with safety plans, lead inspections, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

You will investigate accidents, prepare detailed reports within 48 hours, conduct toolbox talks, and support training to raise safety awareness across site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering.
• Level 3 or NEBOSH-IGC certification.
• 0–3 years experience in construction safety.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills; training/presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site safety plans, conduct inspections, and report non-conformances.
• Coordinate toolbox talks and safety meetings with project teams.
• Investigate accidents/near-misses and prepare reports within 48 hours.
• Maintain HSE documentation and ensure compliance with QHSE guidelines.
