Job summary

Client of NOK for Human Capital is seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee on-site finishing works and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive smooth project execution while managing materials, progress reporting, and health-and-safety on-site.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture and 3–5 years of finishing supervision

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in finishing supervision for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise all architectural and finishing works on-site.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Inspect completed work and ensure it meets the required quality standards.
Read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings.
Plan, schedule, and monitor finishing activities to meet project deadlines.
Ensure the availability of required finishing materials and monitor their quality.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
Resolve technical issues related to finishing works.
