Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications and schedules.

You will supervise labor, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and enforce quality and HSE requirements to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.

The candidate should have strong leadership, the ability to read drawings, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years on construction site experience.
• At least 5 years as Site Supervisor/Foreman on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Manage and direct skilled and unskilled labor teams.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Report daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
