Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Data Center QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance for major mission-critical projects in KSA. The role oversees QMP implementation, inspections, audits, NCR management, and KPIs to ensure compliance from construction through handover.

The ideal candidate has strong QA/QC management on large-scale capital projects, with ISO 9001 knowledge and extensive documentation, testing, and reporting experience. Onsite in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and NCR handling.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Lead QA/QC inspections, audits and surveillance activities.
• Review ITPs and quality records; ensure compliance with specs.
• Escalate and close NCRs with corrective actions; monitor trends.
• Report KPIs and quality risks to PMO and Owner.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality culture on site.
