Job summary

Schneider Electric in Riyadh seeks a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead and document on-site testing and commissioning of MV/LV equipment. You will manage tests, verify instruments, and ensure records are signed off by the customer, while coordinating the commissioning team and subcontractors.

The role requires a bachelor's in electrical engineering, fluent English, and 5–8 years of commissioning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• 5 to 8 years of commissioning experience on LV and/or MV equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of MV/LV equipment and power systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and testing software.
• Experience with ABB/Siemens equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run and document SAT commissioning tests on site.
• Submit reports to the Site Works Manager/Coordinator or Project Manager.
• Coordinate commissioning team and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update drawings to As-Built status.
• Record test results and ensure sign-off by customer.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Schneider Electric standards.
