Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Online Sales Manager to lead digital commerce initiatives from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will drive online revenue, manage key account partnerships, and expand presence across leading marketplaces and delivery platforms.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize merchandising, forecasts, and performance reporting. The role requires a results-driven professional with deep e-commerce knowledge and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Online Sales, E-Commerce, or Key Account Management.
• Strong understanding of Saudi delivery platforms and digital sales channels.
• FMCG / Food & Beverage or Retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of digital merchandising, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.
• Manage relationships with online marketplaces, delivery platforms, and strategic commercial partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, promotional campaigns, and partnership terms.
• Optimize digital merchandising, product listings, and promotional activities across online platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze profitability to support business decisions.
• Track key commercial metrics such as sales growth, conversion rates, average order value, and promotional effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business goals.
