Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital project management, technical production, or software product management.
• 5+ years in PMC/engineering with 2+ years in digital transformation or construction tech.
• PMP, BIM Manager, or Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.
• Knowledge of Jira, Asana or MS Project for tracking fast-moving deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Deploy digital technology roadmaps aligned with project delivery goals.
• Automate PMC workflows with cloud-based or digital solutions.
• Oversee BIM data streams and integration with project controls, scheduling, and cost tools.
• Lead training programs to adopt new digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with construction technology vendors and software providers.
• Establish dashboards (Power BI) for real-time progress and analytics.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, including software and IoT integrations.
• Ensure SLAs and technical specifications with partners.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and managers to integrate digital hardware into spaces.
• Develop smart visitor journeys including AR/VR activations and crowd-management systems.
• Support cybersecurity and data privacy initiatives.
