Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a prominent mixed-use development in Al Khobar,Saudi Arabia. The role requires managing all phases of construction, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of construction PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of construction project management experience on large-scale mixed-use developments.
• PMP or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate construction management software.
• Establish governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact between client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable frameworks.
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types.
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication with project participants.
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct site inspections against drawings and codes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor site health and safety compliance in line with local standards.
