Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a proactive P&O Business Partner to deliver the P&O agenda at the King Abdullah Economic City site in Saudi Arabia. You will drive engagement, performance, development, recruitment, onboarding, learning administration, and core P&O processes in collaboration with site leadership and the wider P&O team.

The role requires on-site work, strong relationship skills, and fluency in Arabic and English, with a focus on confidentiality and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People & Organization, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in site-based, manufacturing, operational, or fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive associate engagement initiatives and support action plans to improve associate experience and workplace culture.
• Support performance management, talent development, career planning, and capability-building activities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: requisitions, interviews, candidate selection, and hiring documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth associate experience.
• Support LMS, coordinate training, and track completion of mandatory learning.
• Provide day-to-day P&O guidance to associates and line managers.
• Manage P&O administration, records, employment docs, trackers, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, Shared Services, and other teams to resolve queries.
• Support implementation of site, local, regional, and global P&O programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, labor laws, and data confidentiality.
