Bedaya Center in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to assess, treat, and follow up with clients across pediatric and adult populations. You will develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and document progress in line with regulatory standards.

The role requires collaboration with speech therapists, physicians, educators, and families to ensure integrated care and client participation in daily activities, school, and community settings.

Qualificações

• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation with evidence-based plans.
• Knowledge of medicine and health-related concepts to collaborate with medical professionals.
• Proficient communication with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including developmental, sensory, or learning challenges.
• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in clinical or center-based settings, preferably in rehabilitation, developmental, or pediatric services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, with cultural sensitivity and high ethical standards.
• Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with basic proficiency in digital record-keeping and clinical software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities and document progress.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, physicians, educators, and families.
• Support parent and caregiver education and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and best-practice implementation within the center.
