Job summary

ZHEJIANG DINGLI MACHINERY CO.,LTD in Riyadh invites Saudi nationals to join our KSA team as a Logistics Coordinator on a full-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.

You will prepare shipping documents, support customs clearance, maintain records, and generate reports using Microsoft Office. A diploma or degree in logistics or related field with 1–3 years of logistics experience,

Qualifications

• Saudi national is required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• ERP/WMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track cargo movement.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists).
• Support customs clearance and ensure documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in logistics/WMS systems.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and resolve logistics issues.
• Support warehouse team with documentation and coordination.
