Job summary

Anan Real Estate Company is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Sales Center in Saudi Arabia. You will welcome clients, respond to inquiries, and identify their land needs and budgets to recommend suitable plots.

You will present land development details, arrange site visits, negotiate within authority limits, and convert inquiries into reservations and sales. Proficiency in CRM and strong communication are essential; on-site work with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably land and residential plot sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing real estate transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and sales-closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and essential business software.
• Ability to understand real estate products and communicate their features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and customer service skills, with a commitment to consistent follow-up.
• Willingness to work on-site according to the Sales Center’s schedule, including evening shifts and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at the Sales Center and respond to calls and inquiries received through approved communication channels.
• Identify clients’ needs, budgets, and purchasing objectives, and recommend suitable land plots accordingly.
• Present detailed information about land developments, including locations, amenities, plot sizes, pricing, sales terms, and payment options.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, accompanying potential buyers to explore available land plots.
• Address customer concerns, negotiate within approved authority limits, and successfully close sales transactions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients, converting inquiries and site visits into reservations and completed sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update sales pipeline stages, document communication outcomes, and schedule follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, banks, and financing institutions to generate sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic reports on sales opportunities, performance, and reasons for unsuccessful transactions.
