Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an RSNF Education and Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and manage RSNF training programs in Riyadh on-site. The role supports the RSNF Training Department in improving organizational performance and ensuring compliance with training policies.

The candidate must be a Saudi National with 0–2 years of related experience or equivalent, and possess a Bachelor's degree with extended military experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program or position.
• Minimum of four years of direct military experience in the associated task OR ten years combined military and civilian experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to enable training operations and administer training processes.
• Analyze educational needs and draft prioritized training matrices and plans.
• Design and deliver curricula, materials, and learning guides using approved methodologies.
• Develop quality standards, assessment tools, and evaluation frameworks to measure outcomes.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and indicators to sustain administrative processes.
• Prepare drafts of training plans and capacity-building initiatives for submission to authorities.
• Coordinate with departments to enable seamless training operations and align tracks with RSNF needs.
• Analyze program results to identify gaps and develop strategic improvement plans.
