• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on residential projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong reporting and communication skills to update management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction quality and report deviations immediately.
• Track actual progress against the approved project timeline.
• Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentation.
• Follow up on site observations until full closure.
• Verify completed work before contractor payment approval.
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management.
