Qualifications

• Strong passion for user research and UX design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities (interviews, usability tests, surveys, focus groups).
• Aid in recruiting participants and coordinating sessions.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data with accuracy.
• Organize and synthesize research findings for analysis.
• Document research methodologies, findings and insights.
• Create clear research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients to integrate findings into design and development.
• Communicate progress and findings effectively to team and stakeholders.
• Present research findings and recommendations clearly, both orally and in writing.
