Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education plus 1 year of oilfield service experience.
• Possess driving license to operate commercial equipment where required.
• Completion of Well Control Accreditation Program may be required (optional).
• Completion of water survival training may be required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and adherence to safety/environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, rigs-up and rigs-down surface and down hole well logging equipment and operates rig hoist and pressure control equipment.
• Rigs-up and rigs-down of surface and down-hole well logging equipment including various tools; operates equipment at the job site.
• Assembles down hole well logging tools and maintains, cleans, and services equipment.
• Performs pre and post job vehicle and equipment inspections and completes reports.
• Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff.
