Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Testing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, profitable, and high-quality service delivery while developing people, customers, technology, and operational performance.

The role requires aligning field activities with strategic service goals, managing budgets, driving improvement, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across testing, production testing, and related services in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
10 to 15 years of Oil & Gas operations experience.
Minimum 5 years in Testing, Well Testing, Production Testing, Flowback or related services.
Minimum 5 years in leadership/management with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

Align operational activities with service goals and business objectives.
Maintain regular communication with leadership and review contracts to maximize revenue.
Drive upselling opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
Oversee delivery ticket creation and ensure timely invoicing and cash collection.
Analyze trends, variances, costs, revenue and gross margin performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency.
Monitor KPIs including HSE metrics and compliance performance.
Collaborate with global teams to improve demand forecasting and resource planning.
Manage inventory levels, asset utilization and field readiness.
