Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking a Field Specialist V to lead field operations, supervise a team, and ensure installation, repair, and servicing of remedial service packers, lower completion tools, and rental equipment in both workshop and field environments. The role requires 7–10 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

7-10 years of field experience in lower/upper completion operations; upper completion preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Good oral and written communication skills.
General product knowledge and mechanical aptitude for equipment repairs.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform installation services for lower completion equipment, sand screens, and open hole packers.
Calculate basic oil industry volumes, pressures and forces.
Understand field operations including completions, remedial workovers, cementation, and fracturing.
Work on pulling units and drilling rigs as required.
Maintain and repair company-owned rental equipment in the field.
Complete job reports accurately and promptly.
Assist in the shop and deliver equipment when needed.
Be available for 24-hour call to respond to customer needs.
