Job summary

Tameeni in Riyadh is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the company's regulatory program and ensure adherence to local laws and internal policies. You will monitor regulatory developments and assist with submissions and responses, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Law/Regulatory background with 2–4 years of experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a track record in documentation and reporting to regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Insurance Authority regulations, circulars, and requirements.
• Maintain the regulatory obligations register and compliance calendar.
• Support preparation of regulatory reports and correspondence.
• Follow up on regulatory observations and corrective actions.
• Review policies, procedures, products, and initiatives from a compliance perspective.
• Support compliance awareness and periodic reporting.
