Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Compliance, Control, Audit, Inspection, or Governance.
• Excellent technical writing and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of objectivity, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring operational adherence to internal policies, regulations, and standards through thorough inspections, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Inspection Visits: Conduct scheduled compliance and inspection visits to evaluate adherence to established standards and regulations.
• Visit Reports: Draft comprehensive and accurate visit reports detailing findings, observations, and key insights for management.
• Evidence Collection: Gather, organize, and secure necessary documentation and evidence to support review and audit findings.
