Rgheeb is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead the sales performance of its real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and execute sales strategies, coach the sales team, and strengthen relationships with brokers and marketing partners to maximize revenue and investment returns.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, significant off-plan sales experience, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results in the Saudi real estate market.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in real estate sales, including 3 years in off-plan sales.
• Proven track record in selling residential and mixed-use developments.
• Strong network with brokers, marketers and agencies within the Saudi market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs.
