Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Administrator in Jeddah to optimize our manufacturing-driven Odoo ecosystem. You will deliver functional support and streamline workflows across production, logistics, sales, retail and finance, eliminating data backlogs.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 10+ years in Odoo ERP, and strong command of MRP, Inventory, Sales, Purchase and Accounting modules, plus advanced Excel and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience as an Odoo ERP Administrator.
• Strong command of Odoo modules: MRP, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting.
• Advanced Excel and data import skills; fluent technical English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for user support and master data management including BOMs.
• Lead functional setups and module rollouts; create reporting dashboards and coordinate with external developers.
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations; document processes to train end-users.
