Job Summary

The Nursing Specialist will provide high‑quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes according to approved care plans and medical standards. The role involves delivering clinical services, monitoring patients’ health, administering medications, documenting care accurately, and educating patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in patients’ homes according to care plans and physician instructions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections safely.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health condition of patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care provided.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and follow‑up care.
• Coordinate with physicians, supervisors, and the home care team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Follow all infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards including CBAHI.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid classification and registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Previous experience in home care nursing or hospital/clinical settings is preferred.
