Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical rotations, labs, simulations, and practical training.
• Demonstrate safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing practices in clinical settings.
• Facilitate case discussions, simulation-based learning, and clinical demonstrations.
• Assess students’ clinical competence and professional behavior using evaluation tools.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and support student development.
• Utilize Blackboard LMS to support teaching and learning.
