Job summary

Profco invites applications for a Nursing Clinical Director position in Dhahran. The role requires six years of progressive nursing experience, including two years in a leadership position, with emphasis on clinical governance and maintaining high standards of care.

Hospital Dhahran is a city located in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. It is a major administrative center for the Saudi oil industry. Together with the nearby cities of Ad Dammam and Al Khobar, Dhahran forms part of the Dammam Metropolitan Area, which is commonly known as greater Dammam and has an estimated population of 4 million. There is a bridge connecting Dhahran to Bahrain.
Our Client Hospital in Dhahran is a 320 bedded Military Hospital. The hospital is a Trauma centre. They have medical wards (male and female), ICU, ER, Labour Ward, Antenatal/postnatal, Neonatal Surgical ICU,Cardio thoracic ICU, Coronary Care, Paediatric ICU, Operating Room, Recovery, Dialysis, Endoscopy, Home Health Care, Burns and OPD.

Description

• SIX (6) years of progressive experience in Nursing, including TWO (2) years as a Nurse leader, exclusive of fulltime study period.
• Senior nursing leadership experience, defined as “Leader” with direct reports (i.e., Nurse Managers/Head Nurses) or multi-unit span of control, or equivalent.
• Active participation in or have co-led/led a PI project or initiative.
• Participation in hospital accreditation as a leader (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, Magnet), is desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
