- Participation in hospital accreditation (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, Magnet) desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing teams and clinical governance to uphold high standards of patient care.
- Direct reports may include Nurse Managers/Head Nurses; drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Represent nursing leadership in hospital accreditation activities and cross-functional initiatives.
