Job summary

Profco invites applications for a Nursing Clinical Director position in Dhahran. The role requires six years of progressive nursing experience, including two years in a leadership position, with emphasis on clinical governance and maintaining high standards of care.

You will lead nursing teams, participate in accreditation processes, and drive quality improvement across units, reporting to hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive nursing experience, including two years in a leadership role.
• Senior nursing leadership experience with direct reports or multi-unit span of control.
• Active participation in or co-led PI projects or initiatives.
• Participation in hospital accreditation (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, Magnet) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing teams and clinical governance to uphold high standards of patient care.
• Direct reports may include Nurse Managers/Head Nurses; drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent nursing leadership in hospital accreditation activities and cross-functional initiatives.
