The Director of Nursing Cardiac Services at Client of Profco leads strategic nursing direction for adult and pediatric cardiac care across our client hospital in Riyadh. You will collaborate with senior medical and executive teams to elevate patient care, safety and service quality.

The role covers cardiac surgery, ICU, electrophysiology, imaging and clinics, with emphasis on governance, staff development and research.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN registration.
• Eligible for SCFHS registration.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Extensive cardiac nursing experience in a leading tertiary/quaternary hospital.
• Significant senior nursing leadership experience within Cardiac Services.
• Experience in governance, quality improvement, patient safety and workforce development.
