• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Upgraded PRC Certificate
• At least 2 years work experience as Oral Nurse in a medical facility or oral facility after PRC registration
• Dataflow Verification; Record of Education, PRC License & Employment/s and Prometric Certification strictly needed
