Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Certification from NN/g or HFI is required.
• 3–5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
• Proven portfolio showcasing high‑impact interaction design and usability case studies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
• Clear understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile‑first design, and responsive behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in cross‑functional teams.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user‑first approach.
• Apply knowledge of cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to every project.
• Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand and design system.
• Present and defend interaction choices based on usability principles and user feedback.
