Job summary

ADES Holding Company seeks a seasoned night-shift drilling supervisor to oversee all drilling activities, ensuring safety and efficiency on offshore rigs. You will coordinate with the OIM and client representatives, plan operations, and manage crews to meet well objectives while maintaining strict safety standards.

The role requires extensive offshore drilling experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in drilling practices, English communication, and MS Office documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.
• 15+ years in drilling/workover operations on offshore rigs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control drilling operation activities during the night shift to ensure successful completion of wells.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities, direct personnel, and ensure adherence to client plans and safety requirements.
• Maintain well control readiness, monitor equipment, and coordinate with OIM and client representatives.
