Job summary

ADES Holding Company seeks a Mechanical Supervisor for on-site supervision of drilling mechanical crews in Saudi Arabia. The role covers troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and safe operations across engines, generators, pumps, and hydraulic systems.

The ideal candidate has a multi-year mechanic apprenticeship and at least five years of drilling mechanical experience, with offshore exposure preferred. Strong English, leadership, and safety compliance are essential.

• PC literacy with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairs: diagnose mechanical issues using tools and manuals to minimize downtime.
• Equipment maintenance: ensure reliability of rig mechanical systems and safety systems.
• Materials & equipment: plan and coordinate spare parts and inspections to support operations.
• Rig move: prepare rig and secure mechanical equipment before towing.
• Client management: coordinate with departments and client representatives as needed.
• Reporting and documentation: maintain logs and generate status reports and analyses.
• People management: mentor and train the team, drive safety and compliance.
