Job summary

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Nexthink DEX Expert to manage and support the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience platform across enterprise environments. You will design, implement, administer, optimize, and monitor the platform to improve the digital employee experience.

Responsibilities include designing Nexthink solutions, maintaining the platform, troubleshooting issues, and guiding enterprise customers on using Nexthink capabilities effectively to continuously enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Nexthink DEX design, implementation, admin, optimization, and support.
• Experience deploying Nexthink in enterprise customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Ability to manage Nexthink environments independently.
• Proven experience with Nexthink and Digital Employee Experience platforms.

• Design and implement Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments.
