Job summary

Deepsource Technologies is seeking a Nexthink DEX Expert to manage and support the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience platform across enterprise customer environments. You will design, implement, administer, optimize and support the Nexthink platform to ensure effective monitoring and continuous improvement of the digital employee experience.

You will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy Nexthink capabilities, troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations and platform performance,

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments
• Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform
• Optimize Nexthink configurations and platform performance
• Monitor and support the Digital Employee Experience environment
• Support enterprise customers in utilizing Nexthink capabilities effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve Nexthink-related issues
• Continuously optimize the platform to improve the overall digital employee experience
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Nexthink DEX
