Overview

As a New Site Build Transport Expert, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of transport and connectivity solutions for new mobile network sites. Your focus will be on execution and coordination rather than design, ensuring that every site progresses smoothly from construction to full network activation. You will oversee site readiness, transport integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance, working closely with field teams, implementation partners, and transport domains such as IP/MPLS, fiber, MW, and access networks.

A key part of your role will be managing dependencies across multiple technical teams, resolving delivery obstacles, ensuring alignment with project timelines, and maintaining consistent quality standards. You will collaborate closely with major service providers in KSA, supporting them throughout the rollout process and ensuring that every new site is delivered on time and fully operational.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transport and connectivity solutions for new mobile network sites, focusing on execution and coordination from construction to activation.
• Oversee site readiness, transport integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance; work with field teams, implementation partners, and transport domains (IP/MPLS, fiber, MW, and access networks).
• Manage dependencies across multiple technical teams, resolve delivery obstacles, ensure alignment with project timelines, and maintain consistent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in network rollout and end-to-end delivery of new site builds, with knowledge across transport technologies including fiber, IP/MPLS, aggregation, access, and MW when required.
• Hands-on experience in KSA, coordinating with local service providers, understanding their processes, expectations, and operational challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and a structured delivery mindset; ability to work in high-pressure, multicultural environments.
• Strategic outlook with deep operational control to ensure that every new site is delivered efficiently, aligned with program objectives, and integrated into the wider network with uncompromising quality and reliability.
