Responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, hardware, and internet connectivity across offices and showrooms. Ensures stable, secure, and high-performance IT services to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and showroom internet connectivity
• Configure and maintain network devices (firewalls, switches, access points)
• Administer servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (servers, PCs, laptops, printers)
• Ensure reliable internet connectivity for offices and showrooms
• Provide Level 2 IT support and resolve infrastructure issues
• Apply security best practices and system updates
• Maintain basic documentation and hardware inventory
• Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement support, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
