Job description

We arelooking for a network engineer 'Saudi National ' who will be responsible for maintainingand administering our company's computer networks. Your primary duties willinclude maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other relatedsystems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software,and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware componentswhen necessary. You will also be working closely with the users of our networkin order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintainingand administering computer networks and related computing environmentsincluding systems software, applications software, hardware, andconfigurations.
• Performingdisaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• Protectingdata, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementingnetwork security measures.
• Troubleshooting,diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and systemproblems.
• Replacingfaulty network hardware components when required.
• Maintaining,configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and emailapplications.
• Monitoringnetwork performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Conferringwith network users about solving existing system problems.
• Operatingmaster consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computersystems.
• Coordinatingcomputer network access and use.
• Designing,configuring, and testing networking software, computer hardware, andoperating system software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree in information technology-related field of study with a networkengineering focus.
• 2-3 Years of Experience

• Strongunderstanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Abilityto implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices,including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches,controllers.
• Knowledgeof application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Abilityto create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Abilityto quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Abilityto work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
