Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an IT Network Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. You will monitor, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs to keep services available and secure.

Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues, plan upgrades, and document configurations. A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience are required; CCNA or Network+ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in network administration or a related IT role.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient performance.
• Implement network security measures to safeguard data and access.
• Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Document network configurations, setups, and processes for reference and compliance.
• Provide support for network inquiries from staff and end-users, offering good customer service.
• Stay up to date with networking technologies to improve performance and security.
