Job summary

Mejdaf is seeking a Network Engineer to join the IT team in Riyadh for a full-time, on-site role. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN networks and security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in network/IT infra, CCNA, and hands-on Aruba FortiGate experience, plus strong TCP/IP and VoIP knowledge. Saudi-based candidates preferred with strong customer support and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in network/IT infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Networking and Fortinet FortiGate.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with VoIP/IP telephony is a plus.
• Strong end-user support and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA – Required.

Responsibilities

• Administer FortiGate firewalls, security policies, and VPNs.
• Support VoIP/PBX systems and Yealink IP phones.
• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support for users, PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain network documentation, IT assets, and change-management records.
• Apply cybersecurity controls aligned with NCA ECC requirements.
• Support Aramco CCC (Third Party Cybersecurity Compliance) requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for technical escalations.
