Job summary

Vulcain Engineering Group seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, startup, maintenance, and upgrades of Medium Voltage VSD and Soft Starter systems across industrial and energy projects worldwide.

The role requires leading field activities, providing rapid technical support, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of drive systems at customer sites globally. Travel up to 80% and strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
7+ years of field service experience in industrial electrical systems.
Experience with MV VSDs, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, startup, refurbish, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade MV Soft Starters and VSD systems.
Lead on-site teams, coordinate field execution, and ensure HSE compliance.
Provide on-site technical guidance and training to customer personnel.
