• Experience coordinating across design offices, factories and sites.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the day-to-day coordination contact between consultants, designers, graphics teams, manufacturers, and installation teams.
• Manage technical correspondence and RFIs, design queries, submissions, comments, and approvals.
• Verify information for production: Arabic/English content, dimensions, quantities, locations, materials.
• Coordinate reviews of shop drawings, artwork, and production files with specialists.
• Maintain submission/approval registers, action trackers, and revision records.
• Coordinate samples, prototypes, and mock-ups; communicate requirements to production teams.
• Monitor fabrication, delivery, and installation progress against schedules.
• Attend coordination meetings; prepare minutes and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with disciplines to verify site readiness and compatibility with elements.
• Identify technical conflicts; support practical solutions and approvals.
• Work with quality teams to check compliance with drawings and specs.
• Follow up on installation defects and snag-list closure to handover.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting issues, risks, and decisions needed.
