Alstom in Riyadh is seeking a full-time Facility Coordinator to oversee daily facility operations, coordinate cleaners and drivers, and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across sites.
You will create and present facility reports, work with cross-functional teams, and support the Facility & Training Manager on a variety of tasks, travelling within Riyadh as needed. The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and accountability.

Take on a new challenge and apply your facility management expertise in a new, cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and collaborative teammates.
You’ll ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, supporting daily activities and contributing to the broader goals of our team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Safety and Consortium teams), manage facility-related activities, and help maintain health, safety, and environmental standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing facility items (e.g., pantry supplies, stationery), overseeing activities of cleaners and drivers, and updating facility reports and presentations, but also support facility management across multiple sites and assist with other tasks as assigned by the Facility & Training Manager.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting daily facility activities across multiple sites
Managing and coordinating the activities of facility cleaners and drivers
Creating and updating facility reports and presentations
Interfacing with the Consortium and external parties
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards
Participating in other activities assigned by the Facility & Training Manager
