Job summary

Arctech in Jeddah is seeking an experienced MRO Procurement Specialist to streamline sourcing and supplier negotiations for maintenance, repair, and operations materials. You will develop local supplier plans and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective purchases.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least two years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office; data analysis is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans for local suppliers, negotiate quotations, and secure competitive pricing.
• Visit suppliers, build relationships, and negotiate favorable payment terms, delivery schedules, and procurement conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Engineering, Maintenance) to identify MRO material requirements, confirm specifications, and prioritize purchasing requests.
