Job summary

Melon Digital Insurance is seeking a skilled Manager - Motor Claims to lead end-to-end motor claims operations from our Riyadh HQ in a hybrid setup. You will drive efficiency, oversee settlements, and shape process improvements within a regulatory framework.

The role requires strong leadership, deep motor claims knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motor claims operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to motor claims.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motor claims activities to ensure timely settlements.
• Manage assessments, investigations, approvals, and payments per guidelines.
• Monitor data and develop strategies to reduce loss ratios and improve turnaround times.
• Identify and implement process improvements for claims operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and KPIs.
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics for management.
