Job summary

Melon Digital Insurance is seeking a skilled Manager - Motor Claims to lead end-to-end motor claims operations from our Riyadh HQ in a hybrid setup. You will drive efficiency, oversee settlements, and shape process improvements within a regulatory framework.

The role requires strong leadership, deep motor claims knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Role Overview As a Manager - Motor Claims, you will oversee end-to-end operations and processes related to motor vehicle insurance claims. Based at our HQ, you\'ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a HYBRID environment to deliver seamless claims experiences, optimize efficiency, and drive process excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the motor claims team’s daily activities to ensure timely and accurate settlement of claims.
• Oversee claims assessments, investigations, approvals, and payment processes in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Monitor claims data and formulate strategies to reduce loss ratios and improve turnaround times.
• Identify and implement process improvements for claims operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claim cases and customer queries.
• Ensure the team’s adherence to service standards and performance KPIs.
• Prepare detailed reports and analytics for management review.
